- This is a printed booklet of 22 pages. The front cover is made of blue cardboard and printed with blue, black & orange ink. Two staples bind the booklet together. On the front upper left corner is the Y.M.C.A. triangle logo, overlaying the letters X and R. It is printed in orange and blue ink. Orange ink, triangle logo overlaying the letters X & R. These are within a blue circle of text. Off centre & extending downwards is text printed in blue ink. Inner pages include extensive text printed in black ink, with black and white photographic reproductions. The black cover is plain.
