- This badge, 'Immoral Minority Member', alternatively known as a button, was used circa 1979. It is part of collection of buttons assembled by the donor while active in left-wing politics at the University of Melbourne 1979-1986. The Immoral Minority were a gay activist group.
This badge is part of a Museum Victoria collection documenting the material culture of the gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender and queer communities (GLBT) in Victoria. In 2005 Museum Victoria joined with the Australian Lesbian and Gay Archives and the State Library of Victoria to conduct a survey of GLBT material culture in public and private collections in Victoria. - Description:
