'Abortion Woman's Choice' badge, alternatively known as a button, made by Patrick Bros of Melbourne for the Australian Women's department in 1986. The slogan on this badge, 'Abortion Woman's Choice', indicates it was created for a campaign advocating a woman's right to choose. The badge is part of collection of badges assembled by the donor who was active in left-wing politics at the University of Melbourne, 1979 - 1986.
This is a ciircular badge with royal blue background. The slogan is printed in yellow ink over the face of the badge. Two hands printed in white are stretched out with palms facing and the tips of thumbs and forefingers touching.
