Description:
A cardboard poster with plain back and attached support for standing up. The front has a photograph in black and white of a soldier in army uniform. The poster is coloured dark blue around the photo. Across the top of the poster is black and white text, while the bottom of the poster has a khaki coloured ball of wool and dark blue knitting needles. There is bold black text on a white background across the bottom of the poster and below is the crest of the A.I.F.

Is the identity of the soldier in the poster known? I'm told a relative was a 'poster-boy' for the recruitment drive and I'd very much like to track down the particular poster/s he was in.
