Bracelet - Prue Acton, Turquoise, 1985-1989 Object Reg. No: SH 942361

This bangle was manufactured in Melbourne by Prue Acton P/L in late 1980s. It was worn by the donor.

According to designer Maree Menzel, this style of jewellery, based of that of the American Indians, was very popular with Prue Acton at this time.
Shaped and twisted metal wire bracelet with one central turquoise at top, ovoid shaped.
