- Newspaper cutting, from The Daily Telegraph newspaper, depicts the fate of Phar Lap's dam Entreaty and Sire Night Raid around the time of his death. It is part of a group collected by the donor's father, Malcolm William Lucas (21/02/1898 - 31/10/1985).

- A yellowed rectangular newspaper clipping depicting two photographs of horses. The left hand one is of Entreaty, Phar Lap's dam, and one of his brothers, while the right hand one depicts Night Raid, Phar Lap's sire, at an auction. Details about the images are printed underneath.
