- Prohibition Notice issued by Department of Labour to the Royal Victorian Institute of the Blind dated 16 February 1989. The notice relates to the use of the rope plaiting machine at the R.V.I.B. Factory matmaking workshop. Machine was not used again after this notice was issued.
