- Model of a Blenheim apple, also know as a Blenheim Orange, Blenheim Pippin, Woodstock Pippin, Northwick Pippin or Kempster's Pippin. The Blenheim Pippin is harvested in autumn-winter and is used in dessert cooking.
This model is based on a specimen grown and presented by Charles Draper, Charnwood, Hazelglen, in 1875. The model was made by museum artists Thomas McMillan in 1875 for display at the 1876 Centennial International Exhibition, Philadelphia.
