Alarm carriage clock, Germany.
Rectangular metal case has pressed brass front and glass sides with a handle on top. Alarm is in the base. Metal door at the back with a ring for key. White card dial has black hands and roman numerals. Seconds dial below 12, and alarm dial above 6.

Spring wound; lever escapement.
