- Summary:
- Flintlock pistol, cal. 21 bore (approx. .600), steel smooth bore barrel, 22.80cm long.
London proof marks. - Description:
- Steel side lock and hammer on R.H.side, hammer heavily pitted and loose on lock plate, oval brass triggerguard with plain extensions, brass sideplate and ramrod tube. No sights. Wooden stock extends almost to muzzle, steel ramrod. Dark patches of staining on stock, predominately on R.H.side and extending underneath. No markings on lockplate.
