Pistol - Belgium, Percussion, circa 1850 Reg. No: ST 021897
- Percussion pistol, pocket. Cal. 56 bore (.437 in). Made in Belgium after 1849.
Typical of the cheaply made and inexpensive pistols carried by miners on the Victorian goldfields.
- Screwed barrel, rifled twist steel. box lock, hammer set to right of centre, folding trigger. Steel recess with cover in wooden stock, silver monogram plate.
