Double barrelled shotgun 19 gauge .625. Side by side twist steel barrels 32 in. (813 mm) long. Flintlock.

Made by John Manton, London, serial number 3983, 1803.
Platinum touch holes, wide and narrow gold breech band. Watertight flash pan with fence, walnut stock extends to 21 in. (533 mm) from the muzzle tipped with ornamental tail pipe, chequered grip, cheek piece on left hand side, wooden ramrod.
