Summary:
This 1:48 scale model of the S.S. Jervis Bay was donated to the Museum by the Aberdeen & Commonwealth Shipping Line in 1955. It was originally built as a model of the 'Moreton Bay' but was modified subsequently by the Museum to represent the 'Jervis Bay'.

I have a passenger list and some other pamphlets that my mother kept from one of her journeys on the SS Jervis Bay in 1938. I would gladly donate these items to the museum for display if you think they will be of interest to visitors.
