- Summary:
- Model of Royal Navy Tribal class destroyer HMS Zulu. Built by Alexander Stephens & Sons, Glasgow and commissioned in 1938. Along with HMS Sikh, Zulu was sunk off Tobruk by Italian aircraft in September 1942 while supporting a commando operation.
This model was built by E.J Krummeck and was purchased by the Museum in 1941. It is one of a large collection of British and Australian naval ship models built by Krummeck.
