- Summary:
- Model of the Royal Navy Queen Elizabeth class battleship (31,000 tons) HMS Malaya. Launched in March 1915, Malaya took part in Battle of Jutland in 1916 where the ship was badly damaged in action. Between the wars Malaya was extensively modernised with an aircraft hangar and catapult, new mast and heaver anti-aircraft armament.
