Officer's shoulder belt and Morrocon leather pouch, 1893. Worn by an officer in the Victorian Permanent Artillery.
Curved leather shoulder belt covered with gold ribbon. The belt fastens with an ornate, floral, gilded clasp.
A black leather, two compartment pouch is attached to the belt. The flap is embroidered with the British Coat of Arms above a cannon and motto.
