- Coil condenser, manufactured by Marconi.
Condenser is used to reduce sparking across of the contacts of the interupter of a spark coil. It was normally used with a spark coil used in the emergency transmitter set-up of a ship. It is called a 'coil condenser' because it is used in conjunction with a spark coil.
