Sailing Ship Model - Chebec Class Object Reg. No: ST 034691

Model of a French three-masted Chebec or Xebec class armed sailing ship as used by the French Navy and built between 1750 and 1786. Features include a wooden hull with raised poopdeck and lateen sail. This 1:75 scale model was acquired by the Museum in 1970.
