Boots - Baby's, circa 1898 Object Reg. No: ST 031045

Pair of brown leather lace-up baby's boots. The boots were worn about 1898 by a 15-month-old baby girl, Olive, who later became Mrs Olive Bright. In a letter to the Museum in 1979, she describes them as her 'first little leather boots'. Olive was born about 1897, probably in Melbourne, and lived in Brunswick into old age.
