I was wondering if you could send me a picture of this ship as I can't find a picture on your website. I researching my family tree, I have found that my Great-Grandfather not only helped to build this ship, but also sailed on it. He was a shipwright in Glasgow and was then offered a position in Burma, where he relocated for a while with his family. The journey back to Glasgow was via Brisbane, which is how I found him on a passenger list.
As I now live in Prth, WA, I am unable to visit your museum so I thought I would ask if there was any way you could send me a picture of this ship along with as much information as you have on it.
Thank you very much for your help,
Yours sincerely,
Steve Bannister
My grandfather was engineer on the ship in 1921.
