A cheap type of watch, popular in the 1950s.
Description:
Dial has gilt arabic numerals and has an outer scale of 1000 to 60 and another scale of 5 to 60. Has an inner scale (red) marked 'Telemetre' 1 km to 19. Has two separate dials at 3 and 9 marked '10, 20 30' and '20, 40, 60' respectively.

Stem and button wound; lever escapement. Also a stop watch.
