Ladies wrist watch, 'Big Tic', Fossil Inc, Texas, 1999. Style JR 7876.

Fossil was founded in 1984 by 24 year old Tom Kartsotis, importing Hong-Kong watches into the United States. It targeted middle and upper-income consumers in their teens, twenties and thirties, drawing design inspiration from the 1930s to the 1950s.
In a rectangular branded tin with a lift-off lid. Inside is also a plastic watch stand, instruction and warranty card, price tag and foam padding.
