Wall Telephone - Telephone Manufacturing Company, circa 1925 Reg. No: ST 021802
- Wall telephone manufactured by the Telephone Manufacturing Company Ltd (TMC), circa 1925. The dial was required to be set first to the number required, when the action in removing the handset from the hook allowed the dial to commence rotating. As each line had a selector permanently attached there was no necessity for time before dialling for any pre-switching purposes.
