- A KLG RV-17-5 spark plug used in aero engines. Made by Smith Sons & Rees Pty Ltd 30-32 Wentworth Ave, Sydney, NSW. Steel with brass end caps. Smith Sons & Rees manufactured spark plugs for the locally-built Pratt & Whitney Wasp and Twin Wasp engines used in Wirraway, Beaufort and Boomerang aircraft during the Second World War.
