Diode sections were used as detectors and the triode section was used as an audio amplifier in domestic radios. Used from about 1950 until the end of valve radio production. Manufacturer: Philips Electrical Industries, Hendon, South Australia.
6.3 volt indirectly heated cathode.
Niine pin miniature base (Noval or B9G).
