Other Details: Silver medal issued by the City of Malvern to commemorate the centenary of the City of Melbourne. Malvern had been proclaimed a City in 1911, 55 years after it was first proclaimed a District. The City of Malvern ceased to exist on 22 June 1994, when the City of Stonnington (formerly the City of Malvern and the City of Prahran) was proclaimed.
