The word LIMA below the King's bust records that this coin was struck with coins seized in the North Atlantic by British privateers from two French treasure ships sailing from Peru. As the seized coins bore the Lima mintmark, the Bank of England commemorated the seizure by adding the word 'LIMA' to the newly minted British coins.

You state that the bullion for the coin was from Anson's voyage, but you reference both the Apling article and lima.htm which state that it was *not* from Anson's voyage, but instead from French ships captured by two privateers in the North Atlantic. You may want to update your text to reflect the true origin of the silver that was used.
