This badge, 'Help the police Beat yourself up', alternatively known as a button, was made to protest against police brutality and dates from the mid-1990s. The slogan is well known and widely used.
This is a small metal badge in black, white and yellow. Along with yellow text a hand is depicted holding a truncheon. There is a pin on back.
