- Two officers of the 16th Construction Regiment, Royal Australian Engineers, discuss plans in front of a motor transport truck, probably at Puckapunyal Army Base, near Seymour. One officer is standing on the ground with his left foot raised and resting on the running board, the other is seating in the doorway of the truck cab facing sideways. Both officers are wearing uniforms and berets.
