This is John Hickey and his son William (Bill) Hickey. John born Tipperary Ireland c1853 died Wangaratta October 1935. John immigrated 16 May 1870 and settled in Albury with other family members before moving to Wangaratta around turn of century. William Hickey born 1880 Allan's Flat died Wangaratta 1969. Bill Hickey played for South Melbourne 1902 to 1905 and then made a comeback for Carlton in 1907 managing only one game.
