I think you will find they are "boys" I know the building and the window are not that high. Also, you count the number of rows of bricks & take into account the bluestone foundation, fence/gate height etc. Finally, they look like boys, not men.

I did do a doubletake at the size of the building compared to the 'men' and couldn't resist reading further. I think they are boys as well - just dressed in adult style clothing.
