A photograph similar to this appeared in Jelbart literature, and said "Illustration of 12 Ton Roller, with Hoisting Winch attached, operated by Power from Engine
SUPPLIED TO MEAT BOARD, NEW SOUTH WALES"
[there was no indication as to what a meat board would do with a roller - perhaps tenderise the meat?]
