Just a guessdimate but i would say it on the rive flats down stream from Genoa before the river silted up. Also they are not building the boat. If you look around the site there is none of the stuff you would expect in a boatyard. The boat is also rigged something unlikely to be done to a new boat until it was afloat. It looks to me like it's been pulled up on the bank for a careen and repaint
