- A horse float in a carnival procession. The theme of the float is 'The old woman who lived in a shoe' and a sign on the side reads: She gave them some broth without any bread/ whipped each one soundly or scolded instead/ but they yelled all the more and each one said/ 'till you get us boots at Arthur's we'll not go to bed. A sign above the float reads: Arthur's boots are best value.'.
