This is almost certainly a photograph of Brighton's Bridge... built to access timber. Also would appear to have been taken by walter Zimmer, Chief Forester of the area in 1935.

Does anyone know if the bridge was connected with John Brighton and his family? John Brighton sunk Brighton's Tanks, west of Nowingi.
