- Description Of Content:
- First aeroplane to fly to 'Portland Downs' station as part of the 1919-20 Peace Loan tour. The pilot was Captain Adrian 'King' Cole a decorated former Australian Flying Corps airman. The aircraft is an Avro 504 fitted with a Sunbeam Dyak engine. It carries the British registration 'G-AUBQ' and was owned by the Diggers Co-operative Aviation Co. Ltd.
