I presume that this is outside Dalgety's Motor garage in Little Bourke street.
There is a plaque with history on the wall, between Spencer and King Streets.
I'm wondering if there was a connection with the Dalgety stock and station company.
Can somone advise.

Museum Victoria Comment
Hi Doug,
Yes, Dalgety’s Motor Garage was a part of Dalgety & Co. Ltd, the well-known pastoral company. The Museum has a copy of an original 1912 Dalgety motor car catalogue listing them as agents for Austin, Napier, Daimler, Buick & Delauney-Belleville cars. This is available on the website and can be found under a search for ‘dalgety’.
