Description Of Content:
A group of 21 refreshment room staff pose on the platform at Bendigo Railway Station where Mondays were a very busy morning with passenger trains arriving from Echuca, Swan Hill, Heathcote, Cohuna, Robinvale & Kulwin. The sole male staff member seated in the front row is the Manager, while the cook appears (in black) at the left-hand end of the middle row. ROSEWARNE, MILLIE (left end rear row) WILSON, MRS. (3rd from left rear row) CARLESS, MARIAN (left end middle row).
