Description:: A brass medal (32 mm diameter) featuring Ian Armstrong's celebrating on his penny-farthing bicycle, his arms and feet raised, he is waving an Australian flag and his top-hat, together with the 1987 emu & kangaroo 30 years in Frankston commemorative reverse.
