I have lived in the former Presbyterian manse at Learmonth,Victoria for nearly 30 years, one section dates to 1870 and the remainder dates to 1890. It looks nothing like this photograph which came up in a search for images of the house I live in. However,it may be a house in another town called Learmonth.
