- Image taken by A.J. Campbell on a family and friends Christmas camping trip to Lyterfield in 1903. The image is part of a Photograph album containing 181 black and white and sepia toned photographs taken by A.J. Campbell, ornithologist, during field trips to various parts of Australia. One of two albums covering these trips [see also HT 15824].
- Description Of Content:
- A cook and camp fire. The fire is shielded by a large sheet of hessian. A pole has been run from a tripod to a pole attached to two tree trunks so that pots may be suspended over the fire. There are various pots and pans, dishes and a spade.
