Description Of Content:
On the right is a steam launch manned by sailors. A number of men in plumed hats appear to be boarding the launch and men in formal attire line the wharf. Another steam launch, the "Osprey" is visible in the background. Signal flags fly from the "Osprey"
and her decks are crowded with onlookers. The masts of a number of sailing ships are visible in the background/.
