The C-class 2-8-0 type steam locomotive No.4 hauling goods trucks. A loco crew member leans from the locomotive cabin and several railway lines are visible. A signal box can be seen in the background. The C-class locomotives were built by the Newport
workshops of the Victorian Railways between 1918- 1926, and were known as 'Consolidation' locomotives.
