Glyphocuma bakeri



Systematics:Cumacea Family Bodotriidae


Biology:
The smooth brown-spotted body of Glyphocuma bakeri grows to 12 mm long and the thorax is poorly differentiated from the abdomen. The female is pictured on the right and male on the left. In the slightly smaller females there is a toothed crest along the top of the carapace. The species is known only from Victoria and South Australia.
