Chthamalus antennatus


Systematics: Cirripedia Family Chthamalidae


Distinguishing Characters:
There are six dirty grey side plates, often quite rough and eroded. The transverse line between the plates in the opening is not straight.

Habitat and Distribution:
The species live very high up, near the high-water mark and may not be covered with every tide. It lives all along the southern coast.
