The Discovery Program has consistently received more requests than we can accommodate for the past few years. We operate a tight schedule and endeavour to reach as far across Victoria as we can. This requires careful planning and means changes can be difficult to accommodate, particularly with short notice.
When dates for bookings are changed by the client and the request can be accommodated by the Discovery Program, there will be no charge. If we cannot change the booking, the rules for cancellations will apply.
For aged care programs it is a condition of booking that at least one support staff member from the centre attends the presentation.
Discovery Program cancellation policy
Cancellations received within 10 working days prior to a Discovery Program presentation will incur an administration fee of 30% of presentation cost
Cancellations received on the day of a scheduled Discovery Program presentation will incur full presentation cost.
