Possum Wong-guri. Possum is my tribal totem of my tribal language land Pannemukeer, Tasmania. Possum is special to my people because he means versatile and agile and diversity. When times come in our life that are very hard we sing to Possum to come help us use his abilities to help us through these times. Possum is connected to the stars and through the stars he enters the dreaming. My tribal ways tells me to look after the possum and all that possums needs.

My mother is teaching me tribal ways to help me to always remember that I am a proud Aboriginal, that I will be able to teach our ways, so all Aboriginal people can have their rite to know their culture. I live by the ocean at Rye. I like to surf and skateboard. I play the didgeridoo and also like today's music.
