The first in a series of dioramas showing Victorian animals in 'naturalistic' settings is prepared and placed in McCoy Hall.

Eastern Grey Knagaroo Diorama

Eastern Grey Kangaroo diorama, completed in 1944. This was a co-operative effort between an artist, George Browning, and preparators on the staff of the National Museum.
