The Adult Education program at the Immigration Museum is suitable for adult learners of ESL or general education certificates, as well as tertiary and international students.
Groups and educators can select themes and activities from the comprehensive online Adult Education kit. It contains pre-visit, on-site and post-visit activities across proficiency levels. Group leaders can also opt to conduct their own tour through the Immigration Museum galleries.
Education Officers can provide advice about organising an excursion and information about the Museum and its website.
Kits and activities are also available online and for hire; explore the immigration history of your community with the ed-online project Small Object Big Story or book the Discovery Program Kit What’s Your Story? with objects and stories from the Museum's collection sent to your venue.
Available Semester 1, Monday-Friday.
Session times: 10am, 11am, 12noon, 1pm, 2pm.
Cost: booking fee.
