Presented in Italian for VCE and Year 10 students. Explore stories of Italian immigrants who have made the journey to Victoria. Discover the issues faced and the contributions made by Italians to Australian society. A multimedia presentation will extend students’ comprehension, conversation and listening skills. At the beginning of the session students will receive a pre-printed cartella that includes the activities to complete during the session.
At the end of this staff led program students have time in the museum galleries to explore in more detail specific aspects of Italian migration and complete the museum self guided activities in the cartella. Teachers can preview the advanced level cartella online in the Avventura, forza e coraggio education kit.
